1. Introduction
Welcome to Unbottled, a service of RAJVI AND CO, a partnership firm registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and relationship guidance services (collectively, the "Services"). Any contract formed under these Terms is with RAJVI AND CO.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Nature of Services
2.1 Relationship Coaching Services
Unbottled provides relationship coaching and guidance services. Our coaches offer support, tools, and strategies to help individuals and couples improve their relationships.
2.2 Not Therapy or Medical Services
Important Disclaimer: Our services are NOT a substitute for professional psychological therapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical advice. Our coaches are not licensed therapists or medical professionals unless explicitly stated.
2.3 When to Seek Professional Help
•
Thoughts of self-harm or suicide
•
Severe depression or anxiety
•
Domestic violence or abuse
Please seek immediate help from qualified mental health professionals, emergency services, or crisis helplines.
3. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
•
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
•
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
•
Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable law
For users between 16-18 years, parental or guardian consent is required, and a parent/guardian may be required to participate in sessions.
4. Booking and Sessions
4.1 Booking Process
Sessions can be booked through the mobile app or web app. All bookings are subject to counsellor availability and confirmation.
4.2 Session Duration
We offer sessions of various durations including 15-minute, 30-minute, and 60-minute consultations. Sessions should start on time; late arrivals will not extend the session time.
4.3 Language and Conduct
Languages: Sessions are currently conducted in English, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, Tamil, Marathi, Kannada, and Telugu languages only.
Professional Conduct: We expect all clients to maintain professional and polite behaviour with our relationship counsellors throughout the session. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
4.4 Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours' advance notice before the scheduled session time. A ₹100 rescheduling fee will apply to each eligible rescheduling request.
Each session may be rescheduled only once by the Client. Any subsequent request to reschedule the same session will not be permitted.
4.5 Cancellation Policy
•
More than 24 hours before the scheduled session: The Client will receive a 100% refund of the session amount.
•
12 to 24 hours before the scheduled session: The Client will receive a 50% refund of the session amount.
•
6 to 12 hours before the scheduled session: The Client will receive a 25% refund of the session amount.
•
Less than 6 hours before the scheduled session: No refund will be provided.
4.6 Session Packages
We currently do not offer any session packages. We may introduce session packages in the future, and we will notify you when they become available.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, and net banking through secure payment gateways.
5.3 Refund Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Refunds for cancelled or rescheduled sessions are governed by our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy set out in sections 4.4 and 4.5 above. Please review that policy before booking.
Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability and the ₹100 rescheduling fee in section 4.4.
6. User Conduct

Provide false or misleading information
•
Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward coaches or staff
•
Record sessions without prior written consent
•
Share coach contact information or session content publicly
•
Use our Services for any illegal purpose
•
Attempt to contact coaches outside the official platform for paid services
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all session information as confidential. However, we may be legally required to disclose information in the following circumstances:

When required by law or court order
•
When there is imminent risk of harm to you or others
•
In cases of suspected child abuse or neglect
•
When you provide written consent for disclosure
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and materials provided during sessions, are the property of Unbottled or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
•
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
•
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service
•
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching sessions
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
•
Informal Resolution: Contact us first to resolve the issue amicably
•
Mediation: If informal resolution fails, through a mutually agreed mediator
•
Arbitration: Binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any legal proceedings shall be conducted in courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, any unused prepaid sessions may be refunded at our discretion.
